Primarily because I'm actually able to get in a good quiet time before the kids are up. Having a baby and three little girls who love to get up to see Daddy off to work makes getting up earlier for me a tad more necessary, but not truly "easy". I don't really struggle with getting my body up, but it's getting my MIND up and moving that I have a problem with! The morning just comes way too soon.
