I'm not homeschooling yet so summer, winter, spring, fall are all the same for me. I have 2 kids and my oldest is only 2 and a half. We pretty much school all year. It helps me to be less stressed out during the school yeaar if we miss. And the kids just seem more settled when we stay on schedule. I'm kind of wondering though if we might have a church connection. My church is a member of the CREC (I saw you have them on your links) and our pastors go up to Alaska from time to time to help with a new CREC church starting there. Could that be your church?
