Blogging Interrupted By Life
Once again my regular blogging has been interrupted by life. Sometime life is just too busy to sit down and write out a post. I have several posts going through my brain right now but not enough time to get them typed out. I know that for the past few weeks I have missed posting my ponderings on Mondays. That is not because I have run out of things to ponder, in fact, there are several of those posts being formulated in my brain as I type this. Alas, life has interrupted my blogging. So what have I been up to rather than blogging?
We attended a wedding this past Saturday. It was a beautiful wedding and it was so good to see friends we had not seen in six years. I had a blogging friend ask me how a family the size of ours was able to attended a wedding. Really, it is not that difficult. It was just like getting ready for church.
We have also been enjoying the sunshine, warmer weather, and added hours of daylight. Yesterday we had an amazing day. My hubby had the opportunity to preach at the morning service, something he has missed working in the hospital. There is a place in town where a lady feeds the bald eagles. After church we went and watched. Along with many others, we were amazed at the beauty and majesty of these amazing birds. They are definitely one of my favorite of God’s creation. There were 75-100 bald eagles swooping to pick up the bits of salmon thrown out for them. They were only a few feet away from us and soaring above us. It was a site to behold.
My hubby had the day off today so we went to Starbucks for coco and cake. It was only a 1/2 hour but it was good to have that time alone with him. We have friends that are struggling in their marraige which was a reminder of how good to be able to spend time, no matter how short, to focus on strenghtening ours. We spent time in prayer for our friends marraige as well, please say a pray for them too. As a wonderful end to the day, I came home after taking children to skating to a bunch of potted tulips. My hubby is the sweetest!
This past weekend our eldest daughter was hired for her first “real” job, other than babysitting or teaching piano. We have been running her around trying to get all of the paperwork and other stuff required for her to begin working. She will be working at the movie theater in town which means free tickets for mom and dad, so that way hubby and I will be going out more often! What a great perk, huh?
So as you can see, I have not been ignoring everyone in blogland. My blogging has just been interrupted by life.

I’m glad you are having a great time with life! My blog has also been interrupted but I hope to sit down tomorrow and write. With hubby home my computer has now become his workplace. We were given a laptop that needs some work to update it a liitle. I’m oraying God gives us the funds to do that but seems a little selfish right now.
We would love to see the eagles. They migrate down here.
Have a blessed day!

I completely understand. Life is much more important than blogging.
Watching the eagles must have been truly amazing!

Without life there would be no blog….life obviously has a perfect right to interfere with blogging. ::snort:: Love it when you can post…totally understand when you can’t.
