Blogging Dilemma

I am having a mid-blogging crisis. I have put this off for quite some time but it has come to the forefront of my mind once again. What am I to do with my blog? I love the ease of blogger and it was great for getting started but I am just longing for more. I am considering switching to WP. I would still keep the same domain name and so the addy would not change. Those who visit here would not have any problems finding me. It is mainly a “behind the scenes” change. You would just benefit from other features I could add. My blogging may be more sporatic in the coming weeks as I try to decide what to do and begin making some changes. Please let me know what you think. Have you changed from blogger or another blog platform to WP? Do you like it and was it worth the change?

    I think you are going to love WP. I have been on HSB, Blogger and WP, and I love WP. It is easier, and you are correct: the features are so much more beneficial!

    So how are you liking Wordpress? I did the same thing about two months ago, changing my blog over from Blogger. My general feelings are that Wordpress offers a great deal more for a person like me who appreciates ease; however, I am getting a lot of spam comments and there have been glitches leading to stress…to the point of wondering if I even want to blog anymore!! Have thought about going back but I think I would miss the versatility.

    Just about the same as you! I do like wp and think it offers more, I have thought of going back but know I would miss the features of wp and the reasons I made the change to begin with. The Askimet plugin is supposed to help with the spam comments, I have onely had about four so far. I did have some trouble at first but I think it was a server problem and not wp, not sure though. I am hoping I am over the frustration period now though.
