T13- Little Bits of Randomness
- To start this bits of randomness list I thought I would tell you why I chose this T13 banner. It reminds me of my flannel sheets which I really need to unpack. It is COLD here!
- Half of our new carpet has been installed. The rest is to be finished today. It is such an amazing difference new carpet makes to a home!
- I really wish that I had not seen the under side of the carpet they ripped out. YUCK!
- I really enjoy and am blessed to look at the mountains out my windows every morning!
- I didn’t sleep hardly at all last night, I was up sick all night.
- Of course, I fell asleep just an hour and a half before I had to get up.
- AND of course, the little ones slept all night for a change. But decided to wake up very promptly after I actually fell asleep! Why does it always seem to work out that way?
- The children just went to their second week of Awana and it went better than the first. We are blessed to have the program we need at a church only 5 minutes from our house.
- The chapel staff spouses through a surprise “diaper shower” for me last week. I will not have to buy diapers for this new baby for at least a month maybe longer!
- We have noticed several damaged pieces of furniture from our move and our claim list keeps growing and growing. UGH!
- The Lord has blessed us by allowing us to live by a wonderful family. We are a little ways out and only have a few neighbors. One family a few houses down is another large (7 children), Christian, homeschooling family.
- This neighbor lady and I went “scouting” yesterday. She showed me where the pedophiles live in the area so I know who they are, what they drive, and what they look like. I have to protect my children.
- Topping the list!!! My hubby would just LOVE this one. He almost electrocuted himself yesterday. He clipped an electrical wire not realizing it was still hot. Sparks flew, smoke flew, and well, he kind of did too. *grin* He is okay, not hurt at all. But it sure is fun to tease him about it! Home remodeling, what fun!

What a great 13. Nice to hear you are so blessed. My 17 year old has already scouted out our new neighborhood for pedophiles (my granddaughter visits a lot) and we don’t even close escrow until the 22nd. No harm in being prepared, I guess.
My husband did the same thing (powe wise) when we were first married. Except he was standing on a chair and he ‘flew’ to the ground. It scared me terribly, but was a great laugh after I knew he was okay!

I like the new look of your blog. I have only been by a few times and it looks differnt some how?. I want to thank you for putting together the QuiverFull Blog roll,some how since yesterday all my blog rolls don’t appear ( I’m on another one as well). I see yours is not working and Audrey’s from SO This Is Heaven On Earth is not working either. Do you know what is the problem? Did they change the format? I am not real compter savey yet,I am getting better. I have only been Bloging for 2 months or so.
I can relate to your earlier post about”feeling dry” not knowing what to write. I found that I know what I want to say but can’t seem to articutate it on the computer.I seem to be a perfectionist,always tinkering with the words after I post. It is hard to get your thoughts together with a bunch of kiddos needing your attention.I was getting a lot of visiters but not many leave a comment or say Hi.
