Girl’s Best Friend
Over the years our family has had numerous pets. We have had cats, dogs, gerbils, hamsters, parakeets, finches, a cockatiel, a rabbit, a guinny pig, an ant farm, a ladybug farm, snails, frogs, and fish. They have all been fun and not so fun at times. What pets have you allowed your children to have and which animals do you think make the best pets for children?

I’ve never really thought about this one. We are currently a no pet family and will probably be that way for a while. Just where we are at right now.
I love the ponderings and need a chance to blog about the last one. I have a lot to say about it but no time to formulate.

Well, I’m a dog lover so that’s where my heart is. Although I do think that the ant farm sounds like great fun.

We have two dogs, a Rottweiler and Beagle (half weany and half beagle). They are really my dh’s babiess but he says they are for the boys. Ha! I would love to have a Golden Retriever. I think they make great family pets.

We only have a dog now…but we have had fish, hermit crabs, guinea pigs and cats.
The dogs and cats are the only ones I truly like, well and the fish. But they have all been good experiences for our kids.
