Thursday Thirteen
Ok, so I am in a bit of a mood this morning. We are headed off to the hospital once again. We have speech therapy (twice a week occurrence) and one of my other daughters has an appointment with the general surgeon to go over MRI results from last week. Needless to say, no one really wants to go this morning! So without any further ado here is my list for today.
1.driving in traffic
2.getting little ones ready to leave early in the morning
3.trying to find a parking space
4.walking through cigarette smoke, because everyone is trying to get their morning smoke in before work
5.the little plastic thingy I have to put my id in
6.having to then where my id on my shirt for all to see (the picture was taken 4 days before I gave birth the last time…nuff said!)
7.having to sit among coughing, vomiting, sick children (even though we are only there for speech)
8.people who bring sick children into the well child waiting room
9.parents who refuse to be parents to their uncontrolled children
10.having to fight the urge to discipline those uncontrolled children
11.not being able to accomplish the things I need to at home (I’m sitting at the hospital)
12.having to lift my monster stroller into the back of the van when we are finished
13.driving in traffic back home
Here is a bonus::: #14..Why is every magazine in the hospital in Spanish?!?!?!?!?!?

Wow, that sounds like a big deal. People who let their children misbehave is a major dislike for me as well.

yes, the hospital can and indeed does make you sick, we have been blessed so far though! Hubby has not been quite as lucky though, but he is there everyday and indirect contact with many more people!

I’m glad to hear that the MRI wasn’t anything serious (yes, I read ahead). And, I hate going to the hospital for any reason. Prayers for you and your family.

It’ll all be worth it when you’re a grandparent.

oh I know, it is all worth it now! There are just some days when frustration creeps up on you. This was meant to be humorous anyway.
