Supreme Court upholds the federal Partial-Birth Abortion Ban

The 5-4 ruling said the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act that Congress passed and President Bush signed into law in 2003 does not violate a woman’s constitutional right to an abortion.

I do not believe a woman has a right to take the life of her unborn child at all! Yet, I am praising God for this small step forward in protecting these unborn children who will now be spared this horrific death.

    Yes, this is a great victory!! Thomas along with Scalia went even further with their comments. A whole 73 pages for the “good” side!

    I had never heard of partial birth abortion before but after reading that link I was completely horrified.

    It is a small step but at least its a step forward!

    It is a horrific procedure and unbelievable torchurous way for these children to die. yes, a small step, but one that was definately needed! i am stioll praising God for this victory!!
